By using Mightybeats ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Use of the App
Mightybeats is provided as a metronome and rhythm-training application for musical practice. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with or attempt to circumvent its operation or security.
2. Mightybeats PRO
Mightybeats PRO is offered as a one-time purchase that unlocks additional rhythm-training and customization features described in the App.
Purchases are processed through Google Play. Billing, payment processing, and any applicable refund process are handled according to Google Play's policies.
3. License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use and applicable law.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by law.
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Attempt to bypass purchase restrictions or unlock paid features without authorization.
- Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
The Developer shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from use of the App, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Availability and Changes
The Developer may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App from time to time, including features associated with future versions.
7. Termination
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if these Terms of Use are violated or if misuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to circumvent purchase restrictions are detected.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
