2. Microphone and Audio
Mightybeats does not need to record or store your microphone audio for its metronome functionality. The App does not record, store, transmit, or share audio recordings.
3. In-App Purchases
Mightybeats PRO is a one-time in-app purchase processed through Google Play. Mightybeats does not collect or store your payment card, billing, or other payment information. Google Play processes purchase transactions according to Google's own policies.
4. Local App Data
The App may store settings and purchase entitlement information locally on your Android device so that your preferences and unlocked PRO access can be retained between sessions. This information is not used to identify you.
5. Third-Party Services
Google Play Billing may be used to process the Mightybeats PRO purchase. Google may process transaction information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
6. Data Sharing
Tonemath does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
7. Children's Privacy
Mightybeats is intended as a general-purpose music practice application. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.

The App is designed to minimize the information it handles. Locally stored application data remains within Android's application environment, subject to the security mechanisms provided by the Android operating system.
